It's raining non-stop. It's getting colder. It's four in the afternoon and it's already dark outside. It's officially winter. This is why I put a little rosy flower in my hair. It goes with my rosy Burberry scarf and a last-season's H&M flower dress (I love flower dresses and I own tons of them ;-). It's like a hint of summer-happiness.

But please don't get me wrong: I still love christmas time, the christmas market, snowboarding...

On Saturday, I caught side of the first sandals (Balenciaga and brilliant) at my favourite shoe boutique in Stuttgart. And recently, I admired the new Etro summer collection at Breuninger. I kind of get the summer feeling, but the winter is just about to start :-(. Well, it doesn't hurt to look at cruise and spring collections, does it?! It might hurt my wallet, though! Buying sandals right now is like buying the summer feeling - and there's another big fat point: Tights and sandals are one fashionable pair this winter season ;-)

Tweet On Wednesday I got to meet some of Stuttgart's fabulous (fashion) bloggers (v.l.n.r.): Jasmin (tea&twigs), Franzi (ewigmädchenklamotten), Anja (twist of fate), Vanessa (Panda Fuck), Denise and Jana (edelight) and Nadine (anmutig). It was all girls talk and lots of Latte and Hot Chocolate! Bitter Sweet is a really cute café - especially for hot chocolate lovers :-)

I had a great afternoon with you, girls, and a big thank you to Jana for organizing it!

Since I forgot to take my camera with me last night, I cannot show you guys any pictures of the fabulous Agent Provocateur Show. But when I came across the pictures from yesterday's Victoria's Secret show which took place in New York, I had a déjà vue! I felt like I've seen it before...at yesterday's Agent Provocateur Trunk Show. Same day, similar collections, but different designers?!?

It's kind of surprising that the themes of both brands' collections are the same: Super Women saving the world in lingerie inspired by comic heroines. Well, maybe the universe told both of them to design warrior lingerie in order to survive the economic crisis!?

Now, it's the perfect time for dresses! It's pretty warm for november and opaque or woll tights (I get them from Topshop or H&M) and overknee boots will bring you and your dress through the cold winter times. You can also add a gorgeous cashmere or (fake)fur vest on top. At the moment, I am really into flower dresses. They bring back a certain kind of summer-feeling and light up the black and grey winter wardrobe! Plus, you can get that look at any price range:

When I heard of a new magazine named "Quality", I was immediately intrigued. Can such a big name keep it's promise?

"Quality" Magazine intends to close the gap caused by the disappearance of Vanity Fair and Park Avenue. The founder of "Quality" happens to be Constantin Rothenburg, who also established the fashion magazine "Quest". Sounds very promising to me! With regard to contents, "Quality" offers reports, features and portraits on society, politics and the economy. From now on, Quality will be published monthly with a circulation of 75.000. I think I'll give it a try. You can get your own copy of (good) "Quality" for only 3,50 €!

The perfect Christmas gift...

Tweet is the presentee's favourite perfume. This is why the season for perfume commercials is about to start. Just pay attention and don't walk away from the commercial break. I'm not saying this because I'm an advertising student, but I really think that there are some great artistic perfume commercials out there. Below you can watch my three favourites!

I'm so in love with the chloé scent and I definitely have to try the new perfume intense with the black ribbon bow.

I'm not really into the prada scents, but I love the television commercial!

And here's my all-time-favourite: Coco Mademoiselle (unfortunately every second girl is using it, but the same thing is happening with the chloé scent...but I can't help it, it's still my favourite fragrance).

I guess I should better stop spending on designer items and wait for the designer's H&M Collection. Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, the Olsens, Christopher Kane...it seems that every nameable designer is designing a collection for a highstreet brand these days. Anybody afraid of the inflation of luxury goods? Well, erh, no! This Saturday, the fashion crowd will be gathering in front of H&M stores worldwide to get their hands on a pair of Jimmy Choos. Next in line is Sonia Rykiel's lingerie collection.

The only consolation for the designers' allegiance: H&M has to cut down on something - mostly they cut down on fabrics!

Christmas Cravings!!!

At the moment, my studies distract me from blogging! But since I'm prepared for my presentation tomorrow I guess I'm allowed to post my personal Christmas Cravings List. I know it's early, but I cant't wait for the Advent season to start. So here we go:

1. Louis Vuitton Agenda

I love organizing my whole life and I'm addicted to writing little ToDo-Lists for every day!

2. Creme de La Mer Breast Cancer Edition

First, it's pink. Second, I'm addicted. Third, they have the best customer service ever. But never listen to the saleslady's advice! She recommended the lotion to me, but it turns out the cream suits me better. By the way, if you buy La Mer once, you will never want to use any other cream again. I thought I'd indulge in La Mer once and now I have a serious budget problem :-/

3. Tiffany "I love you" ring

...not only because I adore the blue boxes, but because of the eight engraved letters forming the most beautiful sentence in the world. (Ouch, that's corny. But what can I say, when it's Christmas, I like it to be cheesy. This is why I know the movie "Love Actually" by heart.)

I have been looking for a solution to my biggest problem for years: Where can I put my designer bags in restaurants, bars, cafés etc. when all I have is the chair that I'm sitting on and the table? I mean, you can put a clutch bag next to your plate, but you can't place your oversized hobo bag next to the bread basket. I've heard of bag-holders, but I never saw them in shops. Eventually, I forgot about it...

But when I came across a contest on the blog taschenqueen with such a bag-holder as a prize, I immediately took part and wrote a comment describing why I deserve this bag-holder! I would've never thought I'd win this... but never say never! So here it is:
