What's the difference?

As you know I'm a huge fan luxury goods, but when it comes to basic items like simple shirts I only shop at H&M, American Apparel, Mango, Zara or Topshop and I'm only willing to pay 10 to 30 € per piece. But I also own an Acne shirt (honestly, it's very poor quality) and one from YSL (I got it on sale two years ago and it still looks great). So I'm currently thinking about getting a couple of T by Alexander Wang shirts, since everyone is crazy about them. Prices start at about 69 € per shirt and the material is super-soft. However, I'm wondering what happens when they come out of the washing machine for the tenth time?!?

So what do you think? Do you think it's worth splurging on basics or are you also a bargain basics hunter?

I'm already starting to miss Berlin and the whole fashion crowd. Honestly, fashion week is my favourite time of the year :) So here's a little post with my last look from Berlin Fashion Week. Three days, it was high heels only, but I kept switching to Ugg boots as soon as there was no fashion event in sight.

Kaviar Gauche at Berlin Fashion Week 2011

Yesterday (Friday), I attended the Kaviar Gauche Show and it was wonderful. The clothes reminded me of a mix of Chloé and Céline. There were lots of maxi skirts and dresses and white, cream, beige and nude colours were mixed with black. I think that the two deisgners Alexandra Fischer-Roehler and Johanna Kühl did a great job. I nearly want everything I saw on the runway...

HUGO at Berlin Fashion Week

I just arrived back home from Berlin. The Fashion Week was so amazing.

On Thursday, I attended the HUGO Show and managed to take some pictures at the runway rehearsal and backstage. I met Chloe Sevigny, Tilda Swinton and chatted with Hayden Christensen and we had lots of champagne :)

Berlin Fashion Week - HUGO & more

I will be off to Berlin for the Fashion Week tomorrow :)

My schedule starts with a highlight on Thursday, 20th of January: The HUGO Fashion Show. For all those, who cannot attend the show, there will be a video live stream and an online special: The five winners of the HUGO Reporter Contest will be blogging live before, during and after the show. The show starts at 8:30 pm, so make sure you don't miss it, it's going to be amazing:

On Friday, it's Bread & Butter first and afterwards I will be attending the Kaviar Gauche Fashion Show :)

I'm so excited and cannot wait to start packing my suitcase.

No one will ever get me out of my Ugg boots, they're just too comfortable. And since I'm preparing for a high heel marathon (aka Fashion Week), I spent the whole weekend in comfy flats :) Actually, I wasn't planning on buying anything besides the new Chanel nail polishes this Saturday, but I just couldn't resist the sale at my favourite lingerie brand... On Wednesday, I will be off to Berlin for the Fashion Week. I'm already so excited. Who else is going to Berlin?

I just treated myself to the new CHANEL Le Vernis colours "Pearl Drop" and "Black Pearl". My favourite is the pearly white "Pearl Drop" colour, it's perfect for classy looks :)

PINK!

Tweet When I was a little girl, everything had to be PINK. I even had pink walls in my room. I'm definitely not a little girl anymore, but I still have a thing for pink things. I just can't help it.

But when it comes to bags and accessories I usually opt for black, brown or grey. Boooring, I know, but I'm going to change that. I've been eyeing the pink Balenciaga City Bag for ages and I think I will go for it. It literally screems "SUMMER TIME":)

Spring break?!?

Tweet It's been a very warm weekend, it almost felt like spring :) I spent the Saturday in the city with one of my best friends shopping and going for drinks. Today I slept until noon and besides going to the gym I had a very lazy Sunday ;) Well, and I finally found the time to clean out my closet and will soon start a little sale on my blog...
